RETURNS POLICY

We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order. Please check our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around, or contact our  support team who will be happy to offer advice on sizing. We do not offer refunds. We do not accept returns, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. But we will happily offer one-time size exchanges within 30 days to make sure you get the perfect fit. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs sending your new item out to you.

Once your returned item has been received and processed by the ECO-JBIYNAH team, we will process your new order within 5 business days. If you'd like to check the status of your new order at any time, feel free to reach out to the team at info@ecojbiynah.co.uk 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), and if your return is lost in the post and we do not receive it back, we sadly will not be able to refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
