Ordering

What size should I buy?

Most of our customers use their usual size.

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, contact us.

How fast is your turnaround time

Normally we'll prep your item and dispatch it within 3-5 business days.

How long does it take to receive an order?

We need 3-5 working days to prep your item, and then once dispatched, you can expect your order within:

  • 1-2 working days for the UK
  • 3-5 working days for Europe
  • 2-4 working days for the USA
  • 6-7 working days to the rest of the world.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.

Is your site secure?

This site is 100% secure. In fact, we'd go so far as to say it's 300% secure. Here's why: Firstly, the site you're visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left-hand side of this page's URL is there to remind you). On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malicious software. Finally, for payment, we use Shopify Payments, the benchmark in Internet transaction security. In short, you order in total security.

What payment methods are available?

Currently, you can pay by credit card, Shop Pay and Google Pay, on our website. We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery.

Sustainability

Are ECO-JBIYNAH products certified?

We work exclusively with a supplier who is very respectful of the planet and people, and all their products are certified.

So Yes, all ECO-JBIYNAH products are certified. Here are the main certifications you'll find in our collection:

  • Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS): Products like our sweatshirts that are 85% organic cotton have the standard GOTS label, while products like our t-shirts and polos that are made with 100% organic cotton have the GOTS label grade ORGANIC.
  • Global Recycled Standard (GRS): This standard applies to all products made with recycled fibres, whether recycled cotton or recycled polyester.
  • OEKO-TEX: This standard guarantees that textiles contain no harmful chemicals. All our products are OEKO-TEX certified.
  • PETA: Our supplier is PETA-Approved Vegan company, as he use no animal-derived components in its production. All our products are PETA- certified.

What materials are your garments made of?

Our garments are either made from :

  • 100% organic cotton (e.g our t-shirts and polo shirts)
  • a combinaison of organic cotton and recycled polyester (e.g our sweatshirts)

We know that fast fashion is harming our planet, so we make sure that our clothing are ethically made, and of premium quality.

Our garments are printed with eco-friendly ink, with virtually zero waste and shipped in plastic-free packaging.

What is organic cotton, and how is it different to conventional cotton?

Organic cotton is grown according to organic farming criteria set by the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM), Under these criteria, organic agriculture should avoid the use of harmful pesticides, fertilisers and genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in order to respect the soil and those who live from it. Conventional agriculture is not regulated in this way.

How do you give back?

We became eco-friendly , for the planet, for the people and for the animals. And as disciples of JESUS CHRIST, we try to be the SALT of the earth and the LIGHT of the world.

We give a portion of every sale to faith-base charities and organizations around the world, and to the organizations for the defense of the environment.

Do you have any certification related to fair labour conditions?

Our supplier is a member of Fair Wear Foundation (FWF), which is an independent, non-profit organisation that works with brands, factories, trade unions, NGOs and governments to provide better working conditions for garment workers around the world.

How should I take care of my ECO-JBIYNAH products?

All our products comply with textile industry standards and requirements in terms of their physical and chemical properties, as well as durability and lifespan.

Washing instructions are indicated on the label of each product. Most should be washed at 30°C and line-dried (i.e. not a tumble drier).

Wash similar colors together, do not iron on print, wash and iron inside out. Reshape while damp, lay flat to dry.

  • Machine wash max. 30º mild
  • No bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Low temperature ironing max. 110º
  • No dry cleaning
  • Hanging drying

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Do you ship overseas? What are your shipping cost?

What happens if a parcel goes missing?

Our policy with reference to missing items is that if a standard service is purchased we don't cover the missing item. if you have purchased a tracked/ recorded/ signed for/ courrier option, we would arrange for a refund/replacements as necessary.

I've entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Don't panic, if your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct.

Returns & Exchanges

What's the return policy?

We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order. Please check our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around, or contact our  support team who will be happy to offer advice on sizing. We do not accept returns but we will happily offer one-time size exchanges within 30 days to make sure you get the perfect fit. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange.

My package was damaged!

Oh no! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
